Site work, renovation and addition to a day care center in Purvis, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the addition of a day care center; for the renovation of a day care center; and for site work for a day care center.
A. Briefly, and without force and effect upon contract documents, work of contract can be summarized as follows 1. The work consists of construction of new construction of 2,589 square foot building that will be stick framed with some steel. Exterior will consist of board and batten hardi board, aluminum windows, and metal roof. The site will require a retaining wall and retention pond. B. Refer to the following Sections for additional information related to the scope of work. 1. Allowances as described in Section 012100 - Allowances are included in the scope of the work The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The bid bond shall be payable unconditionally to Lamar County Board of Supervisors. Bids on the project must be received on or before the period scheduled for the project and no bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the project, for a period of 45 days.
