The City ofBaton Rouge and Parish ofEast Baton Rouge invites qualified engineering firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the following project: Ward Creek Floodplain Acquisition Survey Project No. 23-DR-US-0028 R F Q No. 23-ES-DTD-003 Estimated Project Cost: TBD Fee to Be Negotiated. Those firms that have obtained the official RFQ package for this project from the web site will receive notice of changes in RFQ Addenda and information issued by the City-Parish Engineer and Surveyor Selection Board. The firm selected for this project will be required to execute the City-Parish's standard contract for Engineering Services. Any questions or problems related to the download ofthe RFQ package should be directed to Mr. Thomas A. Stephens, P.E., via email to tstephens@brla.gov. Statements of Qualifications that have not been received by the above aforementioned date and time will be rejected. Additionally, failure to submit all ofthe information on Standard Form CPES (DATED: REV. 03/12/20) and required SEDBE forms demonstrating EBE goal compliance or Good Faith Effort shall be considered non-responsive and may result in the Qualification Statement being rejected. Engineering and Land Surveying films must be registered with the Louisiana State Board ofRegistration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, in accordance with LA RS 37:689. A copy ofthe firm's current Certificate(s) ofRegistration shall be attached to each Statement of Qualifications (Standard Form CPES). Failure to be registered and in good standing with the aforementioned Board will result in the Qualification Statement being rejected. The City-Parish Engineer and Surveyor Selection Board reserves the right to reject all submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications.
