Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericksburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,580-square-foot municipal facility.
Roof Replacement, Fredericksburg MNT Estimated cost: $89,500.00 Bid guaranty/bid bond: $2,000.00 CONTRACT DESCRIPTION The scope of work includes removing the existing foam and built-up roofing system including insulation down to the existing structural metal decking. Remove all existing metal fascia, gutters, and downspouts. Install new polyisocyanurate insulation, polyisocyanurate tapered insulation (1/8" / 1'-0") as indicated, 1/2" cover board (fully adhered), and new 60 mil. Fleece backed (fully adhered), class "A" fire rated. FM-I90 single-ply roofing system, install all new metal fascia, gutters and downspouts with Kynar painted finish. Provide new pre-cast concrete splash blocks at the bottom of all downspouts. A. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total cost contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
