Remove all existing metal fascia, gutters, and downspouts. Install new polyisocyanurate insulation, polyisocyanurate tapered insulation (1/8" / 1'-0") as indicated, 1/2" cover board (fully adhered), and new 60 mil. Fleece backed (fully adhered), class "A" fire rated. FM-I90 single-ply roofing system, install all new metal fascia, gutters and downspouts with Kynar painted finish.
