The objective of this project is to improve the quality, safety, and functionality of the parking lots while enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal. The scope of work includes data collection, site assessment, surface repairs, resurfacing, line striping, site restoration, and necessary landscaping activities. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of the parking lots, addressing any structural issues, and applying a new layer of asphalt. They will also ensure compliance with ADA regulations by implementing accessible parking spaces and appropriate pavement markings. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for site restoration and landscaping to seamlessly integrate the parking lots with their surroundings.
