The Project consists of: Exterior door replacement at 7 buildings at Roger Conant Elderly Housing development, including storm doors, where shown, asbestos abatement, entryway repairs, painting, and all related work. The work is estimated to cost $160,500.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
