The objective of this SOW is to mow/mulch approximately 190 acres for fuel load reduction in mesic flatwoods ecosystems to implement fire management. The project area currently consists of a mix of trees and shrubs needing mowing/mulching to reduce fuel heights and mitigate wild -fire risk to the surrounding areas. The mowing should cover the entirety of the hatched areas including all understory up to 4” diameter at breast height (dbh).
