Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Brentwood, California. Design plans call for the construction of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
Per the owner, as of December 3, 2025, this project is in preliminary design. A general contractor has not been selected. A firm timeline for bidding and construction has not been confirmed, but construction is not estimated to begin prior to late 2026 or early 2027. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ........... The Project will construct a new, larger laboratory for the water and wastewater systems at the City's Wastewater Operations Administrative Building ("Admin Building") located at 2251 Elkins Way, Brentwood, CA 94513. Questions should be e-mailed to engineering@brentwoodca.gov to the attention of Vatsal Patel no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2024. Answers to questions will be shared with all firms that have obtained the RFP document.
