A. Work Included. 1. The following information, though not all-inclusive, is given to assist the Contractor in their evaluation of the work required to meet the project objectives. The work is generally described as follows: approximately 1,210 feet of 21-inch PVC sewer pipe, manholes, irrigation ditch crossing, dewatering, connections to existing sewers, bypass pumping, and related site restoration work. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining the following permits and complying with all provisions of said permits required by Federal, State, City, or local regulatory agencies and authorities to complete the work. a. Groundwater Discharge Permit. b. Construction Stormwater Discharge Permit. c. Any other permits necessary to complete the Work. The Project generally consists of approximately 1,210 feet of 21-inch PVC sewer pipe, manholes, irrigation ditch crossing, dewatering, connections to existing sewers, bypass pumping, and related site restoration work. Site Directions: I-25 to Mountain Vista Drive. West on Mountain Vista to Turnberry Road. North on Turnberry Road to Country Club Road. East on Country Club Road to Ditch. Project's west end is just west of the ditch.
