Maintenance & Service Contract Maintenance & service contract for several air conditioning systems located at: DPS&C Headquarters 504 Mayflower Street Baton Rouge, LA 70802 All inspections, labor, maintenance and/or repairs, parts, refrigerants, complete repairs, all supplemental service calls, as needed (including all labor, repairs, parts, refrigerants, oils and other materials needed to complete repairs associated with each service call) on all equipment listed in this contract. This solicitation is to establish a Maintenance Contract to provide A/C Maintenance as specified for the Louisiana Department of Corrections - HDQ for an initial period beginning date of award and ending June 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.
