EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARDCARMEN DIVERSION SPILLWAY DEWATERING PROJECT Bids Due 2:00 pm, June 29, 2023 INVITATION TO BID ITB # 23-121-PW.Wildish Building Company is serving as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) and is soliciting bids for the Carmen Diversion Spillway Dewatering Project Bid Packages: Bid Package #1 - Diversion and Care of Water / Work Area Isolation & Fish Salvage / Dewatering / Ballast Fill Excavation & Replacement / Cleaning & Inspection of Underdrain System Wildish or its affiliates may elect to submit bids on BP #01 respectively. Bidders shall meet Minimum Contractor Qualifications, as defined in the bid documents. In summary, these Minimum Qualifications include the following requirements. Bidders shall provide demonstrated prior experience in the following areas: The Contractor must have experience in installation of similar type work as specified and/or shown within the contract documents and have completed 3 similar projects within the last ten (10) years. Bidders shall be licensed as construction contractors under the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. A nonmandatory/voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held June 20, 2023 @ 2pm. Location is as the EWEB Carmen Campus Office, located in Linn County, Oregon approximately 71 miles east of Eugene on the upper McKenzie river along highway 126 east. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements, including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The Public Works Bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in this state. Please note that the listed bid documents can only be obtained after signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement in "Building Connected". Sealed bids must be received by June 29th at 2:00pm and be sent directly to EWEB, located at Eugene Water & Electric Board, Purchasing Department, Attention Sandra Hahn at 4200 Roosevelt Blvd, Eugene, OR 97402. Bids must be received and delivered according to the bid submission instructions contained in this solicitation. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and recorded. First-tier subcontractor list shall be submitted by 4:00 PM PST, on same day as bid is due. Bids may be submitted by commercial carrier or hand delivered. Hand delivered bids must be coordinated with Sandra Hahn 15 minutes prior to bid due & time.
