Reference Number 0000249765 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/06/19 02:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Lambton College is seeking to award a contractor to install electrical infrastructure required to connect a battery energy storage system (BESS) and a bidirectional inverter to be used at Lambton College as part of its boiler lab microgrid. Lambton College has been awarded a grant through the College Equipment & Renewal Fund (CERF) to help purchase this infrastructure and install of the battery and inverter system. This grant is supported by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) under the Government of Ontario. All submissions must guarantee completion by September 30th 2023 no exception. Submit Bid Bond with Bid (certified cheque is not acceptable) for at least 10% of the Bid Price. Bid to be valid for 60 days from date of Bid closing. Submit an Agreement to Bond with Bid for 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond in the form provided by CCA and the Owner. Bond to remain in effect for one year from date of Certificate of Substantial Completion. Include the cost of these Bonds in the Base Bid price.
