Reference Number 0000322862 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1691764.C15158801 Piggyback Contract No This document serves as a Request for Proposal (RFP) from Castle Pines Metro District (CPMD) to solicit qualifications and approaches to conduct a comprehensive pavement subsurface evaluation of CPMD's existing paved street network. Qualified applicants should possess expertise in assessing the health of roadway infrastructure, estimating and forecasting costs for roadway replacement, and creating capital plans that address the needs of aging systems. The primary objective of this project is to establish a comprehensive program that identifies necessary road replacement projects by calculating the remaining useful life of the roads throughout the district. This program aims to provide CPMD with a clear understanding of expected projects and associated costs in the near term, with a 10-year capital plan, as well as a long-term perspective spanning the next 30 years as road infrastructure replacements continue.
