Site work for a water / sewer project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of repairing, replacing, and cleaning the waste and vent lines to address the issues presented by the IES report for the plumbing system. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B, or B2. The construction budget for the project is: $1,000,000.00 The A/E representative is: Steve Jones and may be reached at 702-871-3621. Bid documents will be available online via our cloud-based site "Bluebeam" beginning June 15, 2023. PreQualified Prime Bidders will need to email Teresa Torix at torixtl@nv.ccsd.net to request the invitation for the digital bid documents through CCSD's Bluebeam document viewer tool with instruction on how to view and print the Bid documents. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
