The City of Dallas is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for Job Order Contracting from qualified and established construction companies interested in providing Job Order Contracting services for maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, and minor construction at City of Dallas facilities. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2269.403, and in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this solicitation, the City of Dallas will consider multiple factors criteria in the evaluation in addition to the proposed price of proposals submitted in response to this solicitation. This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) provides sufficient information and requirements for interested parties to prepare and submit a proposal for consideration by the City of Dallas and Recreation Department (PKR). Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects planned for this contract consist of major maintenance, historical preservation, and service life safety upgrades at various existing City facilities. The Scope of Work for a JOC project may include one or more of the following building systems or components: Contract Award August 23, 2023 Questions Due Date: Jun 14th 2023, 11:30 AM CDT Executed Contract(s) Issued September 23, 2023 Respondents proposing on City of Dallas Job Order Contracting are not initially required to provide Bid, Payment or Performance Bonds. A Payment Bond will be required, per State law, by the Respondent for any individual project associated with Job Order Contracting in which the Job Order exceeds $50,000. In addition to a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond will be required for individual projects greater than $100,000.
