Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.

Raze and remove from site all buildings and structures, to include if present, walls, foundations, footings, basements, roofing materials, doors, windows, fireplaces, chimneys, porches, stoops, steps, slabs, HVAC systems, walkways, retaining walls, detached garages, carports, and storage buildings, well and pump houses, swimming pools, metal, wood, paper, glass, bottles, cans, garbage, pine straw, leaves, and other debris present on this site. If present, lawfully remove and/or fill and abandon private wells, septic tanks, and underground storage tanks. Remove all underground and overhead wiring not connected to electrical service, and other items associated with the primary and secondary structures. Remove all building and construction materials, rubbish, trash, debris, tall weeds, tall grass, undergrowth, vines, felled trees, dead trees (standing or felled), felled limbs, logs, and organic debris from lot. Remove all shrubs, bushes, and trees from the entire site that measure four inches or less in diameter, to include lot line areas and rear lot area. Remove concrete and/or asphalt driveways and parking areas, walkways, patios, pavers, bricks, blocks, CMUs, stones, etc. Dispose of all materials and debris at approved landfills and/or processing sites. Clean lot. Remove tree near front left of house near street. Remove stump to a depth of 12" below surface ground level and fill hole with soil. Add fill dirt as needed to raise excavated areas to the same grade level as the existing surrounding soil. When finished grading, surface of entire site where not wooded shall be smooth and allow for natural drainage. NO dips, ridges, or low areas shall be present where ponding water may accumulate. NO clumps of soil or grass, roots, or other debris shall remain. Apply seed and straw to ALL areas of site where soil was disturbed, fill was added, or where bare soil is present. Loosen areas to be seeded to a depth of at least 2". Apply seed and straw of the following types and rates: Contractors Blend Grass Seed Mix 1/2#/ 100 SF; Wheat Straw-1/2 Bale/100 SF.
