Oxnard College campus-wide replacement of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment to include roof top, wall mounted, and split units. Project will extend through class session so close coordination and ability to perform at differing hours and/or adjusted schedule. The required Bid Security; not less than 10% of the maximum amount of Bid Proposal inclusive of add-on or alternates. Pursuant to Public Contract Code 3300, Bidder must possess a current C#20 Contractors License at the time that the contract for the work is awarded. Each Bidder submitting a proposal to complete the work, labor, materials and/or services ("Work") subject to this procurement must be a Department of Industrial Relations registered contractor pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5("DIR Registered Contractor").
