A portion of the existing building, which connects to the proposed expansion, will be remodeled as part of this project. This portion of the existing building to be remodeled, is mainly occupied by the White Clinic, Women's Health, and Cardiology. The proposed project will add necessary new clinical space, and will also renovate existing clinical space, so that the overall effect will be an expanded Primary Care Clinic, integrated as one continuous, cohesive unit, once the project is complete. In addition to what's indicated above, the project also includes the construction of a Partial Basement, to house mechanical equipment and utility closets.
