supply and delivery of Winter Liquids (liquid sodium chloride) to Norfolk County for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 Winter Seasons Deadline for Questions Thursday, June 15, 2023 by 4:00 PM local time Norfolk County is seeking pricing for the supply and delivery of Winter Liquid as described in this tender document. T he estimated quantity is 320,000 litres per year. The County reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity if necessary. The unit price is to include delivery. The successful bidder shall be prepared to supply and deliver the acceptable product between September 18th and April 15th of every year. The successful bidder shall be able to deliver the requested amount of brine within twenty-four (24) hours of the order being placed. The Winter Liquid is to be delivered to all of the yard locations as noted below: a. West Area (Courtland) Operations Facility, 4329 County Hwy. 59, Courtland b. West Area (Langton) Storage Facility, 3090 County Hwy. 59 S., Langton c. Central Area Operation Facility, 340 Argyle Avenue, Delhi d. Walsh Material Storage Facility, 984 Charlotteville Road 7, Walsh e. Simcoe Operations Facility, 8 Schellburg Avenue, Simcoe f. Facilities Operations Building (former MTO Yard), 591 Norfolk St. S., Simcoe g. East Area (Villa Nova) Operations Facility, 1355 County Road 9, Waterford There will be approximately 50,000 litres of winter liquid delivered to each location.
