Renovation of a residential development in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Texas General Land Office ("GLO"), and Veterans Land Board ("VLB") (collectively the "GLO/VLB") issues this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to solicit bids from qualified firms to furnish and install dining and resident room furniture. The GLO/VLB is requesting bids for Kwalu(R) brand dining room chairs and resident room guest chairs to replace worn or broken chairs of the same brand at the Ussery-Roan Texas State Veterans Home in Amarillo, Texas. The chairs are part of Kwalu's line of Senior Living institutional furniture specifically designed for settings such as the Veterans Home, a skilled nursing facility. Deadline for Submitting Questions June 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT
