The Work consists of the removal and replacement of the chiller located at 100 Center Street, Pembroke, MA 02359 The Town has appropriated $100,000.00 to complete the project. Scope of Work: - Disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing cooling tower, - Replace with an Evapco LSWA-41A forced draft closed circuit cooler which is an exact duplicate unit to the current unit, - Place unit on existing pad, - Replace the electrical disconnect. *The new cooling tower must have water treatment to prolong the life of the unit. The Town of Pembroke seeks written bids for the Town Hall Chiller Replacement Project.
