Wachusett Street Trench Repair. Repair of settling trench within the roadway above dual 28-inch by 42-inch corrugated metal (lined) drainage culverts. The scope of work consists of furnishing all equipment, material, and labor required to perform the work, including, but not limited to excavation and disposal of existing pavement, excavation and disposal of existing backfill material, placement and compaction of crushed stone and compacted gravel or CDF, paving, support of excavation, dewatering, environmental protection, dust control, testing, signage, restoration, and all work incidental thereto and not specifically included for payment.
