Scope of Work for Walk Off Mat - Ultra Entry Mats for two entrances - Contractor must pay prevailing wages - Front main entrance and rear entrance to be completed - Remove old carpet squares and dispose of them properly - Prep floor for new Ultra Entry material - Measure doors to be sure they will work with the Ultra Entry material - Installation of new Ultra Entry - Removal of any debris from site - All work to be done in workmanship like manner - Hours available to work Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 3:00pm - Front Entrance is 7' 6"x 9'6" Rear entrance is 7'6" x 9'9" Scope of Work for Carpet Replacement - Carpet replacement in 6 offices and a library - Contractor must pay prevailing wages - Removal and disposal of existing carpet to proper waste management facility - Floor prep where needed - Installation of SSCPS approved material from Interface or of equal quality.
