Match Public Charter School Heat Pump Installation. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Technical questions regarding this bid should be directed in writing to BLW Engineers by email to Ken Beck at kbeck@blwengineers.com. All technical inquiries must be received no later than June 23, 2023 at 12:00 PM and answers to all technical questions will be sent out to all plan holders of record no later than June 23,2023 at 4:00PM. The project scope is to provide all material and labor to remove and dispose of ten (10) existing Tempsec water source Heat pumps and replace with new owner provided Airedale "Schoolmate" by Modine (model No#SMW42DAMHAAVKN033). Contractor shall provide all associated wiring, piping and duct work to make units operational All notices, requests, instructions, approvals and proposals relating to the contract shall be in written form and may be emailed to: Jerry McCarty at gmccarty@vertexeng.com.
