The City of Greenville is requesting bids for its Neighborhood Infrastructure Bond (NIB) Project. The scope of services for this project involves construction of approximately 4,160 linear feet of a new five-foot wide sidewalk with curb lawn, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, storm drainage improvements, minor site grading, traffic control, demolition and removal of pavement, paving, installation and maintenance of sediment and erosion control and stabilization. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATIONS: 2:00 p.m. ET, July 5,2023 City believes it is in the community's best interest to assist minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MAVBEs) to develop fully, in furtherance ofthe City's policies and programs which are designed to promote balanced economic and community growth. City adopts the State ofSouth Carolina's goal for participation of MAVBEs: 10% of annual controllable procurement expenditures, which are defined as agreements between the City and its contractors to provide or procure labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to, for, or on behalf ofthe City
