Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in West Orange, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The Work consists of construction of but not limited to the following Provide pre-construction survey and monitoring Provide a pre-construction existing conditions survey. Provide a post-construction survey Provide power and (2) Ox-blue Cameras installation of Webcam to record construction progress. Provide staging plan for Owners approval. Staging areas are the sole responsibility of the Contractor, should contractor need additional parcels off-site for Staging they shall be included in the Contractor's Base Bid All questions must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in writing at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Room 335, Newark, NJ 07102, or via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than eight (8) business days prior to deadline for bid submission Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, To Provide the Construction of the Turtle Back Zoo Animal Wellness Center in West Orange, N.J. as per specifications. All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Project completion to be (330) calendar days after notice to proceed upon approval by the Essex County Board of Commissioners
