The Olivenhain Municipal Water District (District) is requesting proposals from firms with qualified staff and experience in construction management (CM) and inspection services for water pipelines, for the Recycled Water Pipeline Extensions for Calle Barcelona, Village Park, and Summerhill Project and Unit A Pipeline Replacement Project. It is important to the District that firms have an established local office. It is the District's intent to select the CM team ahead of the construction awards, and then to award CM efforts for both projects to one firm through this RFP, as separate agreements. However, the District reserves the right to award only one project or award the individual projects to separate firms. Each project is summarized below.
