Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) This Specification covers the supply of eight (8) power line wavetraps over three terminal stations. The purpose of the specification is to describe the minimum technical conditions that the equipment will be required to meet. Tenderer shall provide wavetraps for the 138-kV transmission lines TL223 and TL224 for Newfoundland & Labrador Hydro (hereafter referred to as Purchaser). Two (2) wavetraps will be for the terminal station at Howley (HLY) connected via a 138-kV transmission line, TL224, to two (2) additional wavetraps at Purchaser's terminal station at Indian River (IRV). Also, Tenderer shall provide two (2) wavetraps at Purchaser's terminal station at Springdale (SPL) connected via a 138-kV transmission line, TL223, to two (2) additional wavetraps at Purchaser's terminal station at Indian River (IRV). The wavetraps shall minimize the loss of carrier frequency signals in the 30 to 200 kHz range. Reference shall be made to Figures B1 and B2, Appendix B, for an overview of the system configuration and wave trap placement. Question Deadline: Fri Jun 23, 2023 11:59:00 PM (NDT) Work Included Design, manufacture, test, deliver and guarantee of the power line wavetraps to the specifications contained herein. The wavetraps shall operate in conjunction with Purchaser-supplied 6200 pF Capacitive Voltage Transformers (CVTs) to minimize the loss of power line carrier frequency signals in the 30 to 200 kHz range
