Single-story administration addition at the main entry. 2. Single-story kitchen renovation and addition including storage, office, and equipment. 3. Full replacement of existing roof assemblies. 4. Replacement of existing window assemblies. 5. Security/IT improvements throughout the three-story classroom building. 6. Landscape and site lighting improvements, replacement of existing marquee sign. 7. Other miscellaneous improvements.
