Renovation of a power facility in Harcourt, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Campbellford Generating Station Plant 2 is located at 870 County Road 38, Trent Hills, and was built in 1993. The 2 Reliance Electric 2000kw generators are due for cleaning and testing and must be removed from the building via roof hatches. PUI has procured new bearings for the generators that will also be replaced at the successful candidates shop as part of this scope. The work is planned for August 2023 in conjunction with regular annual maintenance on our turbines. The plan is to remove generator #1 as soon as the turbine is de-watered for the maintenance work. The generator must be returned as soon as the maintenance is completed on the turbine so it can be re-installed. Turbine #2 will then be de-watered and the generator removed from service for the refurbishment and put back into service when the maintenance is completed. Question Deadline: Wed Jun 21, 2023 4:00:00 PM (EDT) PUGSC does not intend to create a legally binding bidding process between any of the Proponents that may participate in this Request for Proposal and will not establish any "Contract A" tendering requirements for PUGSC. This Proposal Request process is intended to identify potential Proponents to which PUGSC may negotiate goods and service agreements with. All bids are revocable.
