This property is adjacent to the Warren Civic Center South. The project also includes the demolition and complete removal of the existing ReStore Building currently located on the corner of this site. FIRE STATION NO. 5 A new single story, 3-bay Fire Station (Approximately 12,700 SF Gross Area) with (3) drive-through apparatus bays, fire fighter dorms, living and support spaces, and associated site development on a site located on the west side of Schoenherr Road, Warren Michigan upon property with a current street address of 30619 Schoenherr Road, Warren, Michigan. The project also includes the demolition and complete removal of the (2) existing residential structures currently located on this site. Questions are submitted online.
