On behalf of the Hinesville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (HAMPO), the Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission is interested in contracting with a qualified consultant to prepare a 2025-2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) pursuant to the MTP Scope of Work in Exhibit I herein The preferred qualifications of the consultant are previous experience and performance preparing Metropolitan Transportation Plans, project understanding/approach, and demonstrated abilities of the project team. Questions concerning this RFP must be submitting in writing, may be hand delivered, mailed or emailed to Jeff Ricketson (see contact information below) no later than 1 PM on June 14th, 2023.
