Renovation of a multi-residential development in Brewer, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
consists of the renovation of the bathrooms including the replacement of the bathtubs/showers, shower controls, toilets, vanity cabinets, countertops, sinks and faucets, floor, light fixtures, medicine cabinets, wall heaters, and bath accessories including towel bars, shower curtain rods, exhaust vent grills, and toilet paper holders, and paint the walls in 32 apartments. For contracts over $100,000, submit a certified check or bank draft payable to the Brewer Housing Authority, in Brewer, Maine or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond is required for contracts over $100,000 with exceptions noted in the HUD-5369 Instructions to Bidders for Contracts Direct all questions in writing to Right-Trak Design, Inc.
