The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Delta Community Developers Corp. (collectively herein as "Authority") is seeking Painting Contractors to form pools of painters to provide painting services for interior and exterior of residential and commpercial properties on an as-needed basis at various locations. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals (up to a five-year maximum term). The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to online website by 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
