Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of replacing system 4 located in the mechanical room, as well as all related architectural and structural work, at Cégep André-Laurendeau. Also included, but not limited to, landscaping work and any other additional work required. The owner has cancelled the tender for mechanical/electrical sub trade contractor AL-SP-2023-07 because of the cost overruns. The owner is seeking additional funding. Project will be followed in a new report if/when it proceeds to tender. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
