**Per Addendum 1 updated bid date from 09/15/23 to 09/14/23** **CLARIFICATION of Addendum No. 2 - Item #4: Bid Form Section EJCDC C-410 is 6 Pages 0- there are 2 other pages In the Original Contract Document- page 7 (AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLIANCE WITH NEW YORK STATE ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT LAWS) and page 8 ( WICKS LAW FORM) that are not designated EJCDC C-410. These Two pages will need to be included in your completed bid packet. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities that are deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Greensboro. There will be a Bid Security required with each Bid. There will be a Performance or Payment Bond required for this project. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the state laws governing their respective trades. General Contractors are notified that Chapter 87, Article 1, General Statutes of North Carolina, will be observed in receiving and awarding general contracts. General contractors submitting bids on this project must have license classification for general construction (as set forth the license classification required under G.S. 87-1). Electrical Contractors are notified that Chapter 87, Article 4, General Statutes of North Carolina, will be observed in receiving and awarding electrical contracts The established MWBE Goals for this contract are MBE 19% and WBE 19%. 120 consecutive calendar days for construction
