Uptown Commercial Solid Waste Franchise Collection. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals are limited to twelve (12) pages (not inclusive of the cover letter or appendices) and shall be typed on 8 1/2 "x11" sheets, single spaced, one sided. Proposals containing more than twelve (12) pages will not be considered. Proposals submitted after this deadline or to any location other than that listed above will not be considered. Firms submitting fewer copies than required will not be considered. Questions must be asked in writing via email addressed to Delbert Bryant at dbryant@greenvillenc.gov with “Uptown Solid Waste RFP 22-23-46 in the subject line of the email. All questions must be submitted by July 5, 2023, at 5:00 PM time. Answers will be provided via an addendum posted on the City's website by Monday, July 10, 2023.
