Renovation of a municipal facility in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Project Consists of the Replacement of the Existing Oil Boiler and Tank With a New Electric Hydronic Heating System. Related Work Includes Domestic Water Upgrades With a Dedicated Electric Water Heater and Electrical System Upgrade, Including New Buried Service and Main Distribution Panel - (Mdp). Basic Occupancy and Function of the Interior Will Not Change. Specific Construction Dates Will Be Set by the Contractor With Commencement in February 2024 and Final Completion Eight Weeks Later.
