Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish and deliver one 100kW, 480 VAC, 60Hz, 3 phase diesel powered engine generator, level 2 sound attenuated outdoor enclosure, automatic transfer switch and appurtenances. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Pavilion BPS (10375 South Street Rd, Pavilion, NY 14482) or SWTP (4799 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY 14612). Provide a minimum of 15 days written notice on when the generator will be ready for delivery. Owner will select delivery site. Supplier shall notify Owner when shipped and 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Delivery shall be made between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00p.m., Monday through Friday. Contact Roy Cleveland at (585) 442- 2001 extension 400 to arrange for receipt of delivery. Owner will off-load. Delivery shall be made on or before March 14, 2025. Included in delivery time are 21 days for Owner to review the submittal package. Owner will not commence review until complete package has been received. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. Question Deadline 02/15/2024
