City of Tracy Requests Sealed Bids for Laboratory Analysis and Testing Services for the Utilities Division Laboratory The services to be performed by the successful bidder are described in the Notice Inviting Bids (NIB). The general Scope of Services is for commercial laboratories to provide Laboratory Analysis and Testing Services for regulatory water and wastewater analyses. Any questions should be emailed to Gabriel Duong, Utilities Laboratory Superintendent, at long.duong@cityoftracy.org, no later than 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023. All responsive bid packages shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which bidder best meets the City needs for this Project by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate bids are set forth in the NIB. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities. The City will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. The City may award a contract to the next lowest responsible bidder if the successful bidder refuses or fails to execute the contract. The City also reserves the right to reduce/increase the Scope of Work for laboratory testing services should the Citys testing needs change.
