The work or improvement to be performed generally consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project per plans, specifications, and contract documents including, but not limited to, modification of existing northbound left turn lane at the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Artesia Boulevard, removal and reconstruction of median, ADA curb ramps, and upgrade of pedestrian push buttons. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770, et seq., of the California Labor Code, the DIR has determined the general prevailing rate of wages and employer payments for health and welfare, vacations, pensions and similar purposes applicable to the work to be done.
