Renovation of an educational facility in Goderich, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed tenders addressed to The Avon Maitland District School Board will be received at the Facilities Department Building, which is located behind the Board office, 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. A Site Meeting will be held at the school located at 125 Blake Street West, Goderich, ON on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. The project involves removal and repair of roof system as required to accommodate a new steel catwalk system. Bid Bond amount of $23,000.00 (Twenty-three Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
