Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of July 13, 2023, no bids received. The contractor will be responsible for scheduling this project with the City Representative in a time frame not to exceed 90 calendar days. Work will include the supply of all labor; supervision; traffic control; other related materials; mobilization; demobilization; tools and equipment; insurance and Workers' Compensation, 2 1/2 " milling and disposal of existing asphalt concrete with an overlay of 3" hot mix asphalt concrete in numerous locations, Smoketree Ave. from the entrance of rotary park to Highway 95, Acoma Blvd. from Highway 95 to Industrial/Havasupai intersection and Lake Havasu Ave. from Acoma Blvd. to Industrial Blvd.). The removal, lowering,adjustment and re-installation of 57 (fifty-seven) water valve concrete collars and 45 (forty five) Manhole concrete collars. Remove and replace and disposal of existing 2" asphalt pavement in numerous locations, (Kiowa Bay, Kiowa Ct, Kiowa Cir, Kiowa Pl, Querio Dr. from Mesquite Ave. to McCulloch Blvd, Palmer Dr. and Pima Square). Saw cutting, grading, compaction of base material, replacement of the asphalt pavement as specified in this ITB. Any asphalt work that is deemed unacceptable by the City Representative shall be removed and replaced at the contractors' expense. It is anticipated that this work will begin in August 2023.Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the ITB Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above.
