Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Beauharnois-Salaberry Regional County Municipality, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,500-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Phased development of a Saint-Louis River Park. The scope of the project includes construction of an open-air parking lots on Sainte-Marie and Saint-Joseph streets, a skatepark, a pumping station, a cyclable track, sports fields for practice of tennis and volleyball, water games, a skating rink. The scope of the project also includes construction of a park chalet and upgrades to the public works building. The project will comprise five construction phases. TIMELINE: The owner has phased the project implementation and awarded a site work contractor for the construction of the first project phase that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Development of Parc De La Rivière-Saint-Louis - Phase 1. Construction started. Subsequent phases will be followed in new separate reports.
