Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Beauharnois-Salaberry Regional County Municipality, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 6,500-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Phased development of a Saint-Louis River Park. The scope of the project includes construction of an open-air parking lots on Sainte-Marie and Saint-Joseph streets, a skatepark, a pumping station, a cyclable track, sports fields for practice of tennis and volleyball, water games, a skating rink. The scope of the project also includes construction of a park chalet and upgrades to the public works building. The project will comprise five construction phases. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Project implementation may be phased. Tender for the general contractor of first phase contractor is anticipated in spring 2025.
