TIMELINE: HVAC sub trade contractor was awarded following an invited tender 64003198, reference number 1811514. Note. The contract was awarded based on prescriptions of Article 13 - Paragraph 4: Possibility of demonstrating that a public call for tenders would not serve the public interest. Reasons: A call for tenders had already been issued under number RG-AO-20231101 and no compliant bid had been received.
