The Town of Holliston Facilities, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Miller-Placentino School Roof Repairs in in Holliston, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects. Remove and replace approximately 55,000 Square Feet of architectural asphalt shingled roof and underlayment and replace with in-kind materials. Question Deadline 06/27/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The Project consists of but not limited to: 1. Removal of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment, and installation of new asphalt shingles and underlayment. 2. Installation of new gutter liner in existing gutter system. 3. Removal of existing penetration (exhaust fans, HVAC ducts, and pipe penetrations) and flashings, and installation of new penetration flashings.
