Site work for a water / sewer project in Homer, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 10, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Under this project, the Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install approximately +- 1,450 LF of 10" PVC sanitary sewer force main, +- 11,125 LF of 24'' PVC gravity main sewer, +- 11,285 LF of 18" PVC gravity sewer main, and +- 1,210 LF 24'' PVC outfall line for the WRF. Installation shall include all work shown in the construction plans, including valves, manholes, and other appurtenances. Time allotted for completion of work is 300 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Question Deadline 07/04/2023 Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
