Site work and paving for a road / highway in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will construct a low-stress bikeway connection to close a 3.1-mile gap between the Orange Line and Chandler bike paths. This will create a 21-mile continuous bike route from Chatsworth to Downtown Burbank. The project improvements include construction of multiple uni-directional curb ramps, a new transit platform, a temporary ZILCA transit platform, removal of 3 concrete islands, signal work, street lighting work, and striping work. All bidders should insert the Race Conscious DBE participation level of 22% as the DBE goal
