Reference Number 0000323038 Utilities is looking to replace Lower Skyway pump station. This is the first phase of the project, SAA, Design and Engineering services during construction. We are looking to deliver this project via CMGC. UTILITIES has embarked on a multi-year Pump Station Facility Plan over the last 5 years. The Lower Skyway Pump Station project has been identified as a life-cycle replacement and the highest priority in the facility plan. This facility identified below was constructed in 1948 and is an above grade pump station. UTILITIES has identified several potential sites for the facility to replace the pump station. UTILITIES has evaluated relocation and resizing of the pump station as part of their 2021 Finished Water System Plan (FWSP). As stated later in this SOW, UTILITIES will provide a technical memorandum to the selected CONTRACTOR describing the proposed capacity and identifying two alternative locations for further review and final site selection.
