The County of Westchester reserves the right to reject any or all proposals to accept any bid, to omit any item or items or to waive any informality in a proposal, as deemed advisable in the interest of the County. The County also reserves the right to award the contract completely or in part. The County may reject a proposal in which any unit bid price, which in its judgment appears to be unrealistic or out of the norm with known costs or other unit prices in the proposal. Question Deadline: 06/28/2023 at 4:00 PM ET SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to: o Remove existing oil fired boiler and replace with new. Preserve and protect existing HW Water heater/tank. o Upgrade existing 3-fixture bathroom and finishes. Partial tear out up to substrate. o Replace deteriorated exterior doors and frames with new. o Repair and patch misc. cracks in cement stucco finish o Repair/ repoint and re-flash masonry chimney. Include patching adjacent roof surfaces. Take-Away: The purpose of the Take-Away is to assist with general descriptive project data for information only. The Contractor is responsible for verification of all conditions, dimensions and quantities in the field.
